In a bad mood? Science says try this...

Yo! Are you in a bad mood? I mean, I am. Like, 100 percent of the time. But thanks to the internet, I now have a trick for 'lessening the impact everyday annoyances have' on my 'emotional state'

What's the trick? Repeatedly exposing yourself to the negativity rather than shying away from it. Sounds counterintuitive, but the researchers are convinced it works.

OMG! Clearly, all anyone needs to do is have kids. Though, why aren't I better yet?
