I always knew I loved science. That's why I read this story FOUR times, just to make sure I remembered the names of all the chicken McNugget shapes properly: Bone, bell, ball, boot. 

Yup, those are the super scientific names McDonald's insiders use to describe your McNuggets. According to Business Insider, every piece of McDonald's chicken has to look as perfectly uniform as possible, all the way down to how it's shaped. Hence the names given to describe them: ball, boot, bell and bone.

I can't decide if I prefer Bone or Ball. I'll take two of each.

  1. I don't know why you think this will blow my mind. Those are just chicken parts. But I must admit, I did not know that chickens had balls. That must be just the roosters I'd guess. Annie
